'I am Coeliac' luggage/medical tag perfect for school bags & backpacks. Designed for children with Coeliac Disease who cannot eat gluten. The bag tag is made from rubber/PVC material and will alert others when your child is out and about at school, nursery, playgroup and parties.
This ID card comes with a card at the back with space to include your child's name and emergency contact details. It also states 'please double check all food labels for gluten (this includes wheat, barley, rye, spelt or oats).
Tag (without strap) measures 10cm x 6cm
Tag height (with strap) measures 15cm

UK - Postage is free using Royal Mail second class. There is an option at checkout where you can upgrade your delivery to next day delivery at a small cost.
