'I have a food allergy' luggage/medical tag perfect for school bags & backpacks. Designed for children with allergies, the allergy tag is made from rubber/PVC material and will alert others when your child is out and about at school, nursery, playgroup and parties.
This ID card comes with a card at the back to include your child's name, allergies, medication and emergency contact details. This will inform others what to do if your child ever gets in an emergency with their allergies when you are not with them (fingers crossed this never happens but better to be safe than sorry)!

Tag height (with strap) measures 15cm

UK - Postage is free using Royal Mail second class. There is an option at checkout where you can upgrade your delivery to next day delivery at a small cost.
